Policies and Shipping
We stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, return the item within 30 days and we'll replace it or give you a refund. Please read "Returns" below for more information.
Currently, we ask that you allow us 24 hours to confirm and process your order. If you have placed an order on a Saturday evening or Sunday, it will be processed on the following Tuesday.
Shipping options are available for most apparel and accessory items. Orders typically ship within one business day of being processed.
Due to our dealer agreements, all bikes are currently not eligible for shipping.
For orders equal to or greater than $500 and require shipping:

If deemed necessary a photo of valid personal I.D and credit card may be requested for further verification before processing.
For orders less than $100 you will be charged based on the weight of the item, plus a flat rate of:
$7.99 for orders up to $50
$10.99 for orders between $50.01 and $99.99
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size or weight. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
In-store pickup is free for all items, including bikes and oversized products. Most in-stock orders will be ready within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that some orders may require additional processing time if an item needs to be transferred from one of our other locations or warehouse. Bike orders may also require additional processing time if assembly is required. You will receive an email or phone call once your order is ready for pick up.
Requirements for In-Store Pickup:
Proof of valid order confirmation in a digital or printed format.
Proof of valid photo identification that corresponds to customer billing information used for online purchase.
For orders equal to or greater than $500 BOTH a valid photo I.D as well as the credit card used to make the purchase will be required in-store for verification.
The individual who placed the order and whose information matches the corresponding order’s billing information MUST be present at the time of pick-up.
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please bring it back with all original manufacturer packaging/tags. We will refund the original purchase amount within 30 days of your purchase for items returned in new condition or that are defective. Refunds for merchandise returned to us that appears to be used may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied.
You may also ship an item back to us if it is defective or not to your satisfaction. Ship returns via Canada Post. We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Labor fees, such as custom wheel builds or other services, are non-refundable.
Returns for special order items are subject to our discretion and may be non-refundable or incur a 20% restocking fee.
As per our in-store return policies the following items listed below are non-returnable:

Bikes which have left store premises
We will accept and fully refund all order cancellations for “In-stock” items without hesitation. Cancellations for special order items must be made within 24 hours of the order being processed. Exceptions will be made for special order products that are back-ordered or take longer than the specified timeline when an order has been processed.
Requested cancellations for special order items after the stated 24 hour period will be subject to our discretion. We reserve the right to deny any cancellations after this period.
Prices and Information
Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. While we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here, inventory or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please note prices can be subject to change without notice.
