A multi tool is only as good as it's tool engagement so that's where we started. If you're familiar with other Abbey tools you've no doubt noticed that they fit tighter than anything else out there and this one is no different. We use precision stainless steel bits that fit like a glove into the bolts on your modern bike. They wont strip out fasteners like the cheap offshore made tools that are so common in the bike world. They also won't rust into a ugly brown color after a season in a saddle bag. The next part of the multi-tool is the chassis, for this we used our favorite US drawn aluminum alloy and built a 4 position frame to hold the bits. At first glance the tool looks like it might be cumbersome but once you get it in your hand you realize how simple and effective the ergonomics of the tool are. Offering good leverage for all of the small fasteners on your bike, be it the precision adjustment of limit screws or adjusting the handle bars because you had one beer too many when you bolted them down late last night. This tool is compatible with all outboard bearing cups that our dual-sided Shimano socket doesn't fit, including Campagnolo, SRAM, FSA, and older Shimano. While most other manufacturers cast or forge their bottom bracket tools, we machine ours for greater precision. Whenever you're dealing with anodized surfaces, great care needs to be taken to keep those surfaces from getting marred, gouged, and stripped out. That can be nearly impossible with some spanner style tools, and difficult with other loose-fitting sockets. The most unique feature about this tool is the inner nub; that nub in the center of the tool is the same size as the crank spindle. What this does is give you a second point of contact that keeps the tool from coming off of the part when trying to remove stubborn cups. This dual sided socket is designed to work with the new Shimano DA-9000/XTR-BB93 bottom bracket as well 6800 Ultegra and 5800 105 11spd groups (BBR-60).

We listened to your requests and created a socket style Crombie tool that is compatible with ratchets and torque wrenches. The Socket Crombie has our signature finger spline at the top along with a 3/8" square drive for using your favorite ratchet or torque wrench. This series of wrenches comes as a result of our collaboration with RockShox to develop a series of tools specifically for their suspension components. Built to hold the thin aluminum parts of the dampers to avoid damage. These wrenches are built with the same tool grade aluminum to tight tolerances to give you years of trouble free use. They will not damage or mar the sensitive parts inside your suspension fork when used with care, keeping you and your customers happy. They also feature a 3/8" square drive in the middle to use with your favorite torque wrench during reassembly.

The Reverb is an advanced and complicated component and service becomes a breeze with this speciality wrench. Designed for use on the inner seal head and upper collet of both 30.9 and 31.6 millimeter version of the Reverb dropper post. This series of wrenches comes as a result of our collaboration with RockShox to develop a series of tools specifically for their suspension components. Built to hold the thin aluminum parts of the dampers to avoid damage. These wrenches are built with the same tool grade aluminum to tight tolerances to give you years of trouble free use. They will not damage or mar the sensitive parts inside your seastpost when used with care, keeping you and your customers happy. They also feature a 3/8" square drive in the middle to use with your favorite torque wrench during reassembly.

The unique thing about our Saw Guide is that the clamp is open, so you can slide it around the steer tube instead of having to slide it over the end. It doesn't sound like that big of a deal but it means you can get an accurate and square cut without taking the fork off the bike and more importantly without taking all the cables out of the bike. Use this tool once for that application and it's paid for itself. Of course it will work on normal steer tubes as well and give you a nice square cut every time. The guide is two sided, one side for standard toothed metal cutting blades and the opposite side is wider for abrasive blades used to cut composites. You can also use the guide in a vise like you're probably use to and it's pretty compact if you want to travel with it. Compatible with 1" and 1.125" steer tubes Currently not compatible with cutting handlebars!

Many athletes are fortunate enough to be able to ride nearly anything. For those that are sensitive to bike fit though, replicating fit to a new bike or confirming fit after travel can be a challenge involving lots of trial and error. This set of tools allows accurate and repeatable measurements for saddle height, angle and setback. The accuracy and repeatable measurements also serve as a base to make adjustments to fit. -The magnetic saddle height bullets ensure you get an accurate center at the BB by locating in the crank arm fixing bolt or the crank arm preload cap of Shimano caps. This allows you to focus on the smart end of the tape measure at the saddle plate. -Two reference marks on the saddle plate means you can pull a measurement to the exact same spot relative to the nose of the saddle every time. This gives you accuracy down to a single millimeter. -The front of the saddle plate is engraved with a ruler, to allow you to calculate saddle setback at the saddle. This allows you to drop the plumb bob off the side of the bike and clear all of the bottle cages. -The wide plate has ample room to mount a level, protractor or smart phone for adjusting the angle of the saddle. This is particularly helpful for non traditional saddles like SMP and Adamo.

Two years in the making, this chain tool is built to stand the test of time. The threaded body and lead screw are made from cro-moly and receive a low friction powder vapor deposition (PVD) coating to give it a silky feel you've never felt in a chain tool before. Large handles ensure ease of use with any chain. The freely rotating pin is made from a shock rated tool steel and will likely last as long as the rest of the tool. The chain tool comes with a spare chain pin in the handle and they are cross-compatible with Shimano and Campagnolo pins. The greatest part of the chain tool has to be the interchangeable mid plate. The saddled part that holds the chain in position can be swapped to work with nearly anything the industry comes out with. This ensures that your investment won't become obsolete when company "X" comes out with an 18-speed cassette in 20 years. The tool also peens Campagnolo 11 and 12 speed chains to factory specs using a backstop that threads into the backside of the tool as a stop. Compatible with 9-12 speed chain, including the new 12-speed chains from Campagnolo and Shimano's XTR 9100.

Coming in at roughly 265 grams, the Team Issue Titanium Hammer is a big weight savings over more traditional hammers. The soft face is replaceable with commonly available 1" threaded faces. At 12" long, it's compact but still long enough to remove those stubborn bearings. We finish off the Team Issue hammer with a custom silicone grip from ESI to give a bit of cushion from the all-metal construction.
